OSHA's general requirements for welding, cutting and brazing, including fire prevention and hot work on containers.

Open it when you're not sure or before hot work in the shop, and especially before anyone welds on a container or a tank. It sits alongside the cargo tank repair rules in 49 CFR 180.413; it doesn't replace them.
